Rumor has it that the ultimate slow jam, Dick in a Box, is going to be performed live at this year’s Emmys airing September 16… that is, if we’re lucky. Execs at Fox still haven’t given their final approval…= lame. In our opinion, the song’s wholesome enough for primetime: it’s a simple love song with two easy-to-remember instructions:

1. Cut a hole in a box.
2. Put your junk in that box…

Brilliant.

This year’s Emmys is set to be spectac, with some of our fave shows like the Office and 30 Rock garnering nominations. AND, for the first time, a green room (the room celebs chill in before hitting the stage) that’s actually green. The backstage celeb hang-out will feature furniture made from reclaimed wood and other eco-tech gadgets and features.

A live Dick in a Box performance that’s good for the env? Sounds like a guaranteed ratings jackpot. Drizzler
