What are the Golden Globes without the golden star wattage?
The screen actor’s guild announced that no actors would cross the picket line and attend the Golden Globes. WGA has not reached an agreement, so SAG will stand by their writers. But, NBC already announced beforehand that they intended to broadcast the Globes.
Wow, sounds like we’re in for a really boring show. What are they going to show, an empty auditorium?
Instead of broadcasting the Globes, NBC should”
A. Broadcast Al Gore’s star-making turn in an Inconvenient Truth
B. Re-show Live Earth, January’s a musically dead month anyway
C. Rerun shows from their “Green is Universal” week, we’d love to see the return of Greenzo.
Plus, the reruns are more environmentally and economically friendly.
