Green is a subtle yet recurring theme in HBO’s shows. Clockwise from top left: Larry David giving away a Toyota Prius, the hybrid vehicle frequently lauded on Curb Your Enthusiasm; Entourage’s Adrian Grenier adorning BPM Magazine’s recent “Green Issue;” Cynthia Nixon carrying a familiar bag in a 2002 episode of Sex and the City.
After every season of Entourage, it kinda feels like a random girl “borrowed” our blazer to go smoke a cig, and then left the party with it. But on this Sunday morning, it feels like she tracked us down and gave us a believable(ish) story. Because, when season six of Curb kicks-off tonight on HBO, it’ll be like we got our jacket back!
When we last saw the Prius-loving Larry David, he thought he was adopted, became a gentile, legally died and was subsequently guided in the afterlife by Sacha Baron Cohen and Dustin Hoffman. Always cleverly pushing the eco-envelope, season six will begin with Larry and Cheryl adopting the Blacks, a family displaced by a devastating hurricane. Can’t wait.
In other HBO news, the Sex and the City movie begins filming today. No word on any appearances of the “I’m Not a Plastic Bag” bag. Bacon Bits

Post-prison Paris Hilton has not only ![]()
embraced Jesus, but is now also “going green” in the footsteps of our favorite member of The Honey Brothers.
Arriving at the special screening of Leonardo DiCaprio’s 11th Hour with Adrian Grenier, Paris tells Entertainment Tonight: “I took all the lightbulbs out of my house and replaced them with the energy saving ones,” when asked about her personal contributions to the cause.
We’ll overlook the fact that she skipped the actual movie after walking the red carpet… only because we might do the same if that other chick with environmental hottie Adrian Grenier was stealing our spotlight. Jealz.

Ok I don’t even know where to start.
a. The fact that Adrien Grenier plays lead guitar in a self-described indie/Glam/pop/Folk-rock (what the hell kind of genre is that..) band called The Honey Brothers
b. The fact that the members of said band came together one year ago at a ukelele fantasy camp (what the hell kind of camp is that?) in Requiem Mass.
c. The fact that Adrien Grenier’s strict name in band context is “Fluffer” Honey

Check out the cover of this month’s BPM mag. Adrien’s… well, lookin good as per usual.
