Michael Kors, Heidi Klum and a new batch of aspiring designers are back on TV to entertain us with their dazzling witicisms

“I think there’s some hand-sewn crap up in here” has become our catchphrase of the month. The perceptive and wise aphorism was first uttered last week by our new favorite Project Runway contestant, Christian, pioneer of the jauntily tilted mullet.

This season of Project Runway has started off not quite with a bang, but pleasantly enough. We’ve already spotted some designers who are a crack above the rest, and a few others who are cracked out of their minds. And some…well some need a designer’s starter kit. And in the same way a designer’s starter kit could, for example, help Elise design a decent train, a green starter kit like the one designed by GreenSender can help anyone easily incorporate green habits into their everyday lives.

And we’re guessing that a green starter kit would probably be Michael-Kors-approved, I mean, he is the guy that said, “We don’t want to wear black every day, but we don’t want head-to-toe color every day either. Green can sort of do both and I think that’s what’s great about it.” Drizzler
