Eva Mendes was in NYC last night, hanging out with friends and looking her vixen-best as she attended a concert at the painfully posh Cipriani Wall Street. That’s the kind of place you only get into when, well, when you’re Eva Mendes. That’s why it surprised us a little bit to hear that she’s going to therapy these days to cope with the pressures of being a celebrity. Then again, it probably makes sense to make a plan to avoid (what’s come to be known as) pulling-a-Lohan (okay, only we know it that way). Eva Mendes is staying right. Good for her.

Meanwhile, the city she visited is just getting righter. Or, at least, greener. Mayor Bloomberg and Coke have announced a plan to fill the city with hybrid Coke delivery trucks. These things produce zero-emissions when going slowly, which is all you can muster in Gotham anyway. Coke keeps it low-speed. Mendes keeps it low-key.
